Final Project - Act 5.1 Ophelia's Grave Visual Art

A note from the artist:

"In my drawing, I used the facial expressions of the characters to help relay the tragedy of the scene. The Queen reveals that she had always intended Hamlet and Ophelia to marry, which is tragic because during the entirety of the play, Polonius was convinced and was trying to persuade Ophelia that Hamlet was out of her league. The Queen's surprised expression reflects how appalled she was of Hamlet's actions. Laertes is already full of rage and grief, and his emotions are blown up even more when Hamlet reveals himself and challenges Laertes' grief with his own."

  1. I'm so incredibly impressed that you made this 3-D. It looks awesome and I can tell you put a lot of hard work into this. Cool interpretation of the scene too!
