Monday, January 12....preparing for final assessment on "Sleepy Hollow:

In class: new vocabulary from Nathaniel Hawthorne's "The Minister's Black Veil"  class handout / copy below
Power Point review on Wednesday; the quiz is on Friday.

Anyone who missed last Friday's "Sleepy Hollow" vocabulary quiz, needs to make arrangements to make it up outside of class.

Today's class is your time to either write the essay or prepare your notes for tomorrow's performance. Below is a copy of Friday's handout.
Remember that if you are either writing or performing you must incorporate language from the text that clearly demonstrates you read and understood the story.
The "Sleepy Hollow" graphic organizers will be collected at the beginning of class tomorrow.

Copy of Friday's handout; as well, this was on Friday's  blog.
